Road & multimodal planning
Equipment and mode are selected from cargo dimensions, weight, temperature, dangerous-goods status, pickup/delivery constraints and border availability.
Road, rail and multimodal planning between Iran and Russia, subject to route and border availability.
The Russian delivery city and the cargo specification determine which routing and carrier options should be checked. The quotation must identify the proposed transport chain rather than assume every destination uses the same border. Confirm the receiving warehouse, unloading restrictions and any vehicle-registration or access requirements with the consignee. Refrigerated and project shipments require additional review of temperature instructions or lifting and securing plans. A schedule is issued only after the route, equipment, carrier acceptance and required documents have been assessed.
Transit time is quoted after review of the exact route, carrier, loading date and border conditions. No fixed delivery time is promised on this page.
For a Caucasus road option, the Iran–Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan–Russia stages must be assessed together. A road–Caspian option is a separate multimodal chain, with port handling, sailing availability and document continuity to confirm. The example below is not a live border-access statement.
The Russian delivery city, vehicle acceptance, cargo restrictions and consignee instructions determine feasibility. Reefer shipments need product temperature instructions and a delay plan; project cargo also needs a lifting, securing and route-permit assessment.
Equipment and mode are selected from cargo dimensions, weight, temperature, dangerous-goods status, pickup/delivery constraints and border availability.
CMR is a road carriage document; customs or transit procedures may separately require declarations, guarantees, TIR Carnet, T1 or other documents depending on the route and shipment.
Part-load pricing and feasibility can depend on weight, CBM, loading metres, stackability and consolidation compatibility.
Provide the named Incoterm place, cargo description, weight, dimensions, package count, pickup date, HS code where available, and dangerous-goods/temperature information when applicable.
Operational availability, routing, transit time, customs treatment, dangerous-goods acceptance and insurance are confirmed per shipment and are not guaranteed by this webpage.
