1. Informational content
Website content is general operational information. It is not a binding quotation, legal or customs advice, an insurance confirmation, or a guarantee of capacity, route, border time or delivery date.
2. Quotations and bookings
A shipment is accepted only after Bilan and the customer confirm the scope, parties, cargo, route, equipment, price, currency, payment, documents and special requirements in writing. Website submission does not itself create a transport contract.
3. Customer information
The customer must provide accurate cargo description, classification where known, package count, weight, dimensions, value, dangerous-goods status, temperature requirement, permits, customs status and loading or delivery restrictions. Bilan may rely on supplied information and may suspend planning where it is incomplete or inconsistent.
4. Carriers and third parties
Bilan may coordinate services through contracted carriers, agents, terminals, warehouses, customs brokers and other specialised providers. The provider and contractual role applicable to a shipment are identified in the booking documents.
5. Transit estimates and changes
Transit and border times are estimates unless a specific written commitment is accepted. Customs action, inspections, queues, weather, road restrictions, force majeure, security measures and receiver readiness can affect performance. Material route or cost changes require the authorisation specified in the booking or applicable law.
6. Insurance and liability
Carrier-liability cover and cargo insurance are different. No website statement confirms all-risk cargo cover. Any cargo policy, limit, exclusion, deductible or certificate must be separately requested and confirmed in writing. Liability is governed by the applicable contract, mandatory law and transport convention.
7. Intellectual property
The Bilan name, logo, page design and original site content may not be copied or represented as another company’s material without written permission. Short quotation with clear attribution is permitted where allowed by law.
8. Prohibited use
Do not attack, probe, scrape excessively, upload malicious files, submit false information, impersonate another party or use the site for unlawful goods or transactions.
9. External services
Links and integrations such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google or third-party authority pages operate under their own terms. Bilan is not responsible for the availability or privacy practices of those services.
