Iran ↔ Serbia Freight

Road FTL/LTL and groupage planning between Iran and Serbia.

FTL / LTL / GroupageRoad / MultimodalCustoms coordination

Plan this corridor

For Serbia–Iran cargo, establish the commercial parties, customs status and named loading and delivery locations before comparing offers. Confirm who will prepare the export or transit instructions and who will receive the documents at the next handover point. If transshipment is proposed, its location, cargo handling and responsibility must be agreed separately. Heavy machinery or non-stackable packages need their own dimensions and loading method. The final quotation should distinguish the transport charge from broker, terminal, storage or other requested services.

Transit time is quoted after review of the exact route, carrier, loading date and border conditions. No fixed delivery time is promised on this page.

Route-specific planning

Serbia is outside the EU, so EU and Serbian customs stages must be identified separately. Do not assume that a Bulgarian or Romanian import release also completes Serbian import formalities. The broker must confirm the transit procedure and destination customs office.

For movement via Bulgaria, identify the handover location and whether the same vehicle continues. Ask the consignee for import instructions, unloading restrictions and contact details before the vehicle is committed.

Road & multimodal planning

Equipment and mode are selected from cargo dimensions, weight, temperature, dangerous-goods status, pickup/delivery constraints and border availability.

Documents & customs coordination

CMR is a road carriage document; customs or transit procedures may separately require declarations, guarantees, TIR Carnet, T1 or other documents depending on the route and shipment.

Groupage & capacity

Part-load pricing and feasibility can depend on weight, CBM, loading metres, stackability and consolidation compatibility.

Before rate confirmation

Provide the named Incoterm place, cargo description, weight, dimensions, package count, pickup date, HS code where available, and dangerous-goods/temperature information when applicable.
